100+ Women of Whatcom invites women who are passionate about making a difference in our community to gather twice a year and give directly to a local organization popularly selected by the event participants.  There is power from the simplicity of our goal: 100+ women each donating $100 will raise $10,000+ to support an identified need or service in our community.

100+ Women of Whatcom started in October 2015 with about 65 women meeting for the first time and selecting and organization to support.  Over the past 10 years, the group has grown to over 200 members and has donated over $200,000 to Whatcom County non-profits.  This movement is member driven.

Members nominate, Members speak on behalf of the organizations, Members Vote and Members Donate. Individual members maximize their contribution by joining the collective.  This is what community looks like.  You can learn more about becoming a member here.
